Born and raised in n. San Diego, ca. worked as a caricature artists for neary a decade at theme parks in the area while taking art courses at a local art studio. in 2010 he moved to vegas to pursue the art of tattoo and began his apprenticeship soon after. He now lives in n. west Las Vegas with wife lina, two daughters charlea and cheyne and a brindle staffy named mowgli. He like donuts and wood wick candles.

Booking process for tyson

  • New Inquiries are gone through and replied to every Tuesday so we appreciate your patience.

  • Appointments are selected based on relevance to his style or interests but referrals will be made for someone better suited for what you might like if he cannot do the tattoo for you. Some of these interests are:

  • Blackwork tattoos

  • Illustrative tattoos

  • Loose sketchy styles

  • Florals

  • Animals

  • Characters types

  • Fantasy

  • Movies

  • Cartoons

  • Anime

  • Mythology

  • Historical

  • Female focals:

    1. lady heads

    2. Mermaids

    3. Goddesses

    4. pinups

  • nature landscapes

  • Space and UFO

  • Pop culture subjects

  • Anything Disney!

  • Most inquiries or initial consults can be usually dealt with by our booking manager. If the design is complicated or large possibly requiring multiple sessions an in person consultation can be arranged if necessary.

DEPOSITS 

  • Are $150

  • are non refundable

  • Are applied to the price of the tattoo

  • will be honored for up to a year from deposit date if reschedule/cancelation is made within the grace period ( 1 week before scheduled appointment)

  • Can be made ONLY via

    • Cash

    • Venmo (tyson-taumaoe)

Process order

  1. Once initial consult is made (via email savagesonstudio@gmail.com or website questionnaire hideouttattoo.com/savagesons.com) appointment date options will be given

  2. Once you chose a day a deposit is required.

  3. Appointment is only scheduled once deposit has been made

  4. Once this step is completed you will receive a notification with a CONFIRMATION of the made appointment.

  5. And then finally, just show up for the appointment. Please show up right on time. Enough time will be booked to discuss final design and make appropriate changes if needed.

THE DESIGN 

  • All designing for the tattoo is done 1-2 days before the appointment and may even include elements that will be drawn on by hand day of. 

  •  A Rough sketch will be shown day of and be discussed. If any changes are needed most can usually be made day of. If the design changes are major or completely misses the mark we will reschedule for a later date or discuss from there.
